Fulcrum Labs is a technology development company solely focused on serving the mortgage ecosystem of lenders, brokers, investors & advisors.
We believe relationships matter, people truly make a difference & that technology should be accessible for all.
That’s why after years of developing mortgage technology which has processed over $100 billion in loans for some of the country’s largest lenders, we are democratizing access for all lenders, brokers and advisors seeking to build their own online-lending platforms.
We believe that when technology is equally accessible, service will win the day & ultimately provide the best possible outcome for the end-client.
Our unique expertise rests in our prior roles as former in-house full stack engineers, product managers, operators and investors. We've built scalable and sophisticated technology applications, built and operated technology companies & maintain a keen eye for design.
The Founders of Fulcrum Labs met at the founding of TapCap a digital mortgage lender, which was spun out of Greystone. Their technology expertise and know-how were used to rebuild the entire lending platform, which was subsequently sold to Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD).
